Ted Cruz's Rocket Fail

This is a political cartoon I found on Huffington Post. It is a reflection on Ted Cruz’s attempt at a government shutdown and what he planned on achieving. It begins as a stable rocket ship and then crumbles into pieces at the end of cartoon. This is a perfect representation of Ted’s attempt to change the government.  This cartoon is simple but also effective. I really love the way that the rocket actually takes off in the cartoon, just like in the government and then it after is launches, (and the government shuts down), then it crashes to the ground. This is a wonderful representation of Ted Cruz’s time in the government during the shutdown.
